Iran, Natanz, Orphanage

‘Aunt?’ the little boy asked sweetly in Farsi
‘Still awake dear?’ she answered
The child jumped up happily and said quietly ‘all stars you drew for me have five ends, but I saw a star on TV that had 6 ends, is it a special star?’
She lowered her voice not to wake other children up and said, ‘hmm, yes, Mogen David’
‘Wow it has a name!’ he said, ‘Whose is it? Can I own it?’
‘It’s Lord David’s ’ she said
‘Who’s Uncle David?’ he asked sleepy but eagerly
Uncle David! She smiled. ‘Ok lie down and close your eyes, then I’ll tell you his story’.
The boy did.
‘David was a great man, kind and faithful’ she continued, ‘he is very famous as a judge man, Koran says his story of Justice, he never displaced nor tortured anyone, and never killed any kids, he truly had Abraham’s blood in his vessels.’ (2,David)
‘What is the meaning of displaced and tortured?’ he asked
‘To displace some one, err…’ she hesitated, then continued, ‘for example Iran is our country, US is Americans’, Britain is British's, each nation lives in a country and loves it, and fights for it if it’s occupied …now if a number of people go to a country that already has a nation and push the nation out to live in their place, the nation will be “displaced”, got it?’
‘Then what will the nation do next? Go to police?’ he asked
‘No, for the police themselves have sent occupiers,’ she sighed painfully and went on ‘they will be refugees and have no country to live in and no government to defend their human rights, they’ll lose their loved country and… naturally they will fight occupiers to liberate their entire land, even if it is for ever!’
‘Then Uncle David never let anyone be displaced’ he said half asleep, ‘will God give me a star too if I’m a good child and don’t hurt anyone?’
‘He loves children a lot; He surely returns people’s good deeds. He loves justice and hates cruelty. Remember!’ she whispered and got up leaving slowly, then turned back and looked at the tiny sleeping Persian, the young child of great Emperors who codified the first bill of rights and didn’t misgovern their power, the power that travels hand by hand and never stays in any hand for ever, just passes and leaves honor for one and shame for the other.
Major Raha Selahshur, 25, Iranian. She is proud and courageous, and strongly patriot. Her valor has made a major out of her in young ages. By now she works with the intelligence of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. She is in Natanz to have a visit from the security maneuvers of the nuclear plant there.
When she made sure all of children were asleep she went to her sister, the president of the orphanage, thinking about her visit of the same day from the nuclear plant.
‘I see Major, they may suspect us if we expand our activities’ she remembered a nuclear professor had told her today, ‘but tell me whenever they don’t suspect us? You know, they are not worried if we ever make nuclear weapons, they want to stop our science, we need to generate electricity for Noruz’
‘Anyway we need to be wise sir’ she had remarked, ‘they need an excuse to satisfy their public opinion, we can not to offer, should really this project be revved?’
Yes indeed, it was a drought and water resources for generating hydroelectricity, were reduced, oil price kept rising (for the winter) and even for a producer it wasn’t wise to burn it, then, Iran was going to add another nuclear power plant in its generational industries and wanted its fuel to be produced before Noruz, the Persian New Year Celebrations, when the country needed much more electricity.
And now, only a week was left to Noruz. Iranians discussed with Russia to buy the required fuel but they wouldn’t deliver it on time and probably much more expensive (3,Nuclear fuel), it is how an independent country is dealt in our world.
They decided to produce it by themselves as fast as possible. And now she is concerned though she is so proud of her country for that courageous decision.
‘All asleep?’ her sister’s question distracted her, ‘what are you thinking about so deeply?’
‘Yes…’ said Raha, ‘I was thinking about independence, national pride, liberty, faith! By the way, how much are these all worth?’
‘Of course Lives! And more than lives’ answered her sister
‘What if others want to take them away, by sanctions, by political pressures, by threats?’ Raha asked!
‘What are you saying? surely no-sale’
‘What if we are attacked for not selling?’
‘We’ll fight!... even if our land is destroyed, our brave men are decapitated and our bullets end up... Still our teeth are left to resist with ’
‘Sister! Are you really aware who the enemies are?!’
‘No matter who they are, we’ll die standing’ her sister said relieving her. In fact Raha’s purpose of questioning was to make sure if her nation was still the same it used to be within revolution and in all of its history.
